General Hospital Spoilers: Gio targeted by a stalker, a horrifying tragedy is about to unfold!

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) could become a target and face a fight for his life as a result.

Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) could end up fearing the worst after Gio’s story takes a horrific turn.

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) has a stalker who wants Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) removed from her orbit.

All the evidence is pointing to Kai becoming the stalker’s victim sooner or later, so he may not survive whatever’s in store for him.

Regardless, Kai may not be the only person who gets targeted because of a connection to Trina.

It’s interesting that Simon Craft (Grady Eldridge) is pushing this fake romance angle with Trina and Gio since it could put Gio at risk.

Gio and Trina are currently standing against the faux relationship for the marketing campaign, but they may cave in sooner or later.

Trina and Gio may decide they’re willing to play up their bond as a little more than friendly for the sake of sales.

Whatever the case, Gio could get the stalker’s attention by seeming like more than just Trina’s pal and performing partner.

It seems likely that Gio could land on the stalker’s hit list right along with Kai.

If Gio gets seriously injured in some stalker attack, Brook Lynn will feel terrible.

Gio has been crediting Brook Lynn for getting him back into music, but she may feel responsible if Gio lands in danger because of his time in the spotlight with Trina.

Brook Lynn and Emma could face their worst nightmare if Gio has a major medical crisis ahead.

Gio may find himself struggling to survive at GH if the stalker indeed goes after him, so Emma and Brook Lynn might have to lean on each other for comfort.

Trina will feel awful as well if her stalker hurts Gio along with Kai and anyone else deemed too close to her.

The stalker clearly wants Trina all to himself, so there could be multiple victims as this storyline moves along.

General Hospital spoilers say Gio and Emma have a fun Montreal trip coming up, but it could be the calm before the storm and any dangerous news back in Port Charles.
